Starbucks in Georgia

"I came here on Labor Day and Sarah in the drive thru was SO nice & personable. She stopped what she was doing and just chatted with me like we were the best of friends. I realize this is the luxury that comes with it not being slammed, and that this can't happen when it's 20 cars deep. But I've been plenty of places when its slow & usually employees seem more eager to get back to not dealing with customers (which is understandable as there are other duties to attend to), whereas Sarah was using the extra time to just be kind and personable with the customers. It makes a big difference, especially when we live in a world where you interact with automated things a lot of the time & lose that human to human interaction."

"Good coffee, slow service. This is a more consistent location than others around (Dahlonega or Cumming) and I’ve waited very VERY long times (upwards of 15 minutes) just to order! Usually the order accuracy is great and so is the flavor of the coffee I’m getting. I’m guessing it may be a staffing issue but the employees are trained well and their customer service is great."

"There was a little mix up this morning with my drink but it was an honest mistake. A couple of the girls seemed a little sassy but the older lady (Im sorry I didn't catch your name) who took my order at the front counter was VERY sweet and apologized for my name not being written down. Definitely keep her around, she seems so nice and genuine. She has long hair kept back in a ponytail and was a bit older than the rest of the bunch. And my drink was delicious."

"I don't leave reviews often but I felt the need to today. I got a matcha with cold foam via the app. Once I got there the man that made mine (I really should have gotten his name. I'm pretty sure he was the only guy there in the afternoon today, this was around 1:12pm on the 5th of March) told me he wanted to remake it because the lid wouldn't stay on the cup. Which is very sweet. But I mix the cold foam in anyways so I asked him to just switch the cup! He was really friendly about it and I appreciate the gesture on trying to preserve my cold foam layers. Also, the drink was made perfectly which is a plus. I'm not sure if reviews get passed on or whatever but I just want him to know that the experience was very lovely and made my day!"

"I could not be more thankful for the staff working here at this Starbucks. Almost one week ago today, I arrived with a flat tire. Not knowing what to do I walked in and asked for help, two employees named Ryleigh and Cole came to my rescue. Cole graciously dropped the task he was working on to go out to his car and see if he could find me a tire pump, upon his return, unfortunately he did not have one to offer. He instead pulled out his wallet and with Ryleigh’s help and the kindness of his own heart they gave me quarters to go across the way to the local Kroger and use their pump to fix my flat. I could not have been more thankful for the teamwork that the team working that morning showed and the kindness they extended to a total stranger. Shout out to you, thank you guys!"

"We stopped at this Starbucks for coffee on our way to the mountains and were greeted by Bradley, our super friendly and kind barista. He even learned some Afrikaans The coffee was excellent and the perfect start to our trip. Highly recommended!”"
